Ten CV Travel 2010 brochures are now available directly from the company or via travel agents, an increase of 50% in the choice of brochures over the past 5 years, following the addition of new destinations, a dedicated Hotels brochure, the first ever CV Travel British houses and cottages brochure and production of the new 2009 / 10 Ski Verbier brochure. The company also maintains a strong online presence but remains committed to producing a portfolio of brochures that showcase its exclusive properties to their optimum.
CV Travel’s Great Britain brochure follows the online launch of a collection of British houses and cottages in January 2009. New properties for 2010 include The West Wing in Chippenham, (sleeps 6), part of a medieval manor house set in mature rose gardens with a flower meadow, terraced lawns, a pond, orchard, love folly and an outdoor swimming pool and Brecon Beacons Cottage (sleeps 6), a secluded 16th century stone farmhouse with its own natural waterfall and plunge pool.
Seven of the other CV Travel brochures in the 2010 portfolio are specific to CV’s overseas destinations; the `Greek Islands’, `Italy’, `France’, `Spain, Balearics & Portugal’, `Caribbean’, `North Africa & Arabia’, `South Africa & Worldwide’ and are joined by a new `Hotels 2010/2011’ brochure, featuring boutique and luxury properties from around the world.
Included in the new Hotels brochure is C’an Curreu, a converted finca near Santa Eulalia, Ibiza, and Manoir des Raynaudes in Provence, lovingly resorted into a charming guest house by two Londoners, with an emphasis on fine food and cookery classes offered during the summer months. Further afield in The Wineries, near Cape Town, CV Travel has added the acclaimed Le Quartier Francais, Franschhoek, a beautiful boutique hotel providing an outstanding dining experience.
CV Travel has also introduced `The Private Collection’ which includes the most luxurious, fully staffed villas on the Greek Islands, each offering exceptional standards, 5* service and combining the concierge levels of a hotel, with the privacy of a villa. The Private Collection is due to be expanded to other geographic regions in early 2010 and includes villas owned by individuals who, for reasons of security or anonymity, wish to rent their exclusive, and often very expensive homes, in a low key and understated way.
