futureThere is hope for some Guys Fawkes’ this November: Whilst many will be hoisted to the top of bonfires as people across the UK prepare for fifth of November celebrations, leading hotel brand Future Inns has pledged to protect other ‘Guys’ around the UK by offering a free room for the night to all those named Guy Fawkes.

Catherine Wheels will also not miss out, as the hotel brand is offering their namesakes the chance to stay for free too.

Those called Catherine Wheel or Guy Fawkes will be offered a safe haven in a Future Inns double room (worth £69 per night) in any one of its UK hotels* and the free night can be claimed on any date between 5th November and the 11th November 2009.

To claim, people just need to register their details at guyfawkesrooms@jbp.co.uk. They will be asked to send proof of ID. Upon receipt of the requested information they will be sent an exclusive code to quote when making the booking.

Others seeking refuge will also be able to find beds from just £50 a night on advance bookings.

Del Brett, Future Inns Managing Director says, “We hope our offer will provide some respite for the namesakes of Guy Fawkes. All our rooms are soundproof so anyone who wants to escape fireworks celebrations will be able to enjoy restful night.”

* Future Inns hotels are located in Cardiff, Bristol and Plymouth. If successful, the Guy Fawkes campaign will be rolled out across further properties in 2010 as the brand looks to expand throughout the UK.
